My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and pleasant to be in, very comfortable for an airport hotel, but there were some issues with the room changes and smell of smoke. The service was cheerful and helpful, but at times felt rushed. The location was not ideal as there was nothing around to eat or see nearby. The dining was expensive and below expectation, although the staff at Kiki restaurant were great. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
